Ashley & Isaias’s Wedding | San Francisco City Hall | Baker Beach

ikoniAshley and Isaias met while working at the hospital. Sparks flew — and not just because Isaias is an EEG technician:)

We were lucky to be a part of their day.

They traveled up from the Palm Springs area to get married at the beautiful San Francisco City Hall, and although it was far from their home, friends and family were on hand to celebrate with them.

It was one of those perfect San Francisco winter days — clear and sunny with just a touch of crispness in the air. After a beautiful ceremony (Christmas tree and all) we wandered around City Hall.

From there we went to the Lower Haight and got some fun moments with some exceptional street art. After that we went to Baker Beach.

Did we already mention it was a beautiful day — well, you judge for yourself!

After that, they were off to the 49ers game (in which the playoff-bound ‘niners won, yes!)

We know they will have a lifetime of game nights together!

NDC 20th Anniversary Event Celebration

20 years can race by in the blink of an eye.

That is just what happened for NDC — and so what better to do than to throw their 20th anniversary party. And what a party it was!

It was held at the beautiful Monterey Bay Aquarium.

They had Taiko San Jose perform.

Delightful food and decadent desserts were to be had as well.

They also had a 20th anniversary orange carpet entry. Here are a few of our favorites!

Liv Family Portraits

Liv was in town! Liv also happens to be my niece 🙂

When my brother called and told me they were bringing her from distant New York City, I raced to Palo Alto to see them.

What I do also humbles me.

I am constantly reminded of how quickly life is racing by and how important it is to see, feel and be part of the journey with friends and family.

All I can say is that Liv brought all of that out and was the star of the shoot!
