  • WELCOME!

Welcome to our blog. We're Gregory and Dave, a couple of professional San Francisco based photographers who have been shooting together since 2005. In the site, you'll find shoots from our coverage of weddings, events, corporate work, and anything else photo-related. Enjoy!

Mimi & Steve’s Wedding | Blackhawk Museum | Danville

It was a foggy morning in San Francisco when we arrived to capture Mimi’s “getting ready” shots. From the custom “I Do” on her shoes to her gorgeous wedding gown, we captured all the little details before Steve arrived to run through a gauntlet of challenges in order to see his betrothed.

There certainly was no lack of laughter as all involved had a good time (and great senses of humor).

After the tea ceremony, it was off to the Blackhawk Museum in Danville, home to an incredible collection of vintage cars — what a setting for a wedding!

The weather there was super nice — we lucked out from having to brave 90 or 100 degrees.

After capturing fun shots with the wedding party and the ceremony itself, we availed ourselves to capturing shot of friends and family coming from all over. There was awesome food, great music and dancing — we were thrilled to be able to be there to capture the day.

Cheers to Mimi & Steve!

Jeanne & Clif’s Wedding | San Ramon

Jeanne and Clif planned a really fun day, one filled with photo ops and laughter almost at every turn.

We started at The Marriott Courtyard San Ramon. Jeanne and her bridesmaids had a quick lightsaber duel to prepare for the reception later — watch out boys ๐Ÿ™‚

We then went to a local park where Jeanne and Clif played tennis (it was a tie although Jeanne might have had better form). A tea ceremony with family and friends from all over followed, and then it was off to the ceremony, which was held at the beautiful Canyon Creek Church in San Ramon.

We then took photos at a really neat spot — the Waterfall Bollinger Canyon.

The reception was at Canyon View Dining Hall. At the entrance we saw a ferocious lightsaber battle where all the groomsmen perished, but were brought back to life by the couple — pretty cool!

Pastor Pat noticed a slight discrepancy between what the bridal favors were & the very LOVED candy bar — hmmm…what does Clif do again?

The rest of the evening was filled with toasts, family moments, speeches, tasty food and finally a lion dance.

We wish the couple a lifetime filled with each other, loving friends and lots of sweets (and conscientious brushing)!

Sarah & Dan | Aftershoot aka "Trash the Dress" | San Francisco

иконописWe had the pleasure of having an aftershoot with Sarah and Dan the day after their wedding. What is great about an aftershoot (often called trash the dress, as the dress will (probably) get dirty) is that you have a relaxed time to capture stunning and fun images without any stress.

As an added bonus, Sarah & Dan discovered that everyone loves a wedding couple as well. People were honking and waving. They got to feel the warm glow of happiness that everyone shares with a wedding couple. We hope the images bring the feelings of the day back every time they see them. We had a blast creating them ๐Ÿ™‚
