Tina & Erik Engagement Session

Tina and Erik are true foodies. Witness the fact that we met up at a local grocers, followed by a quick jaunt to taste cupcakes at Sibby’s (“Red Velvet” seemed to have been the consensus favorite, although the Lemon Meringue was met with two thumbs up as well!).

After that we roamed around downtown San Mateo, visiting the rose garden, a playground before finally calling it a day in front of some local historic murals.

Tina and Erik definitely have great senses of humor and were a joy to work with, and we look forward to their wedding this fall.

Chrissy & Craig’s Wedding | St. Monica Church | Hotel Nikko

It was a super comfortable Saturday when Chrissy and Craig were married. At the Mission-style St. Monica Church, a gem of a venue located in the heart of San Francisco’s Richmond District, Craig saw Chrissy in her beautiful wedding gown for the first time as she was walked down the aisle by her father.

The priest, who knows Chrissy and Craig well, gave a passionate and sincere sermon that was truly touching.

After the ceremony, it was back to the elegant Hotel Nikko for the reception, where great food, thoughtful speeches, laughs, drinks and dancing filled the rest of the evening.

We wish Chrissy and Craig all the best in their journey of life together and husband and wife.

Hi Thank you for sharing! My fiancee and I are planning to marry at St Monica’s (my parish church) this coming February — my first wedding at age 57! His mother is 98 (today!) still living in her home no 5th Ave., NYC…and will not be able to attend…so I was thrilled to find your photos and be able to send the one of you two that shows the altar…so she can get some sense of what our wedding might look like. (my husband is a widower who was married for 35 years to a non-Catholic, and she is SO excited that he is going to marry an Irish Catholic!) You’ve helped make an old ladies’ day!

Thank you — and I hope you have a fun, loving and blessed life together!

Sue

Family Portraits

It has been a privilege to watch Sloan grow from babyhood to being the amazing 6 year old that he has become. Elle is now 2. She sees the world as her playground — and her older brother as her best toy 🙂

They re-teach us of how important it is to run like the wind, tumble down hills and just laugh (okay, and maybe an occasional pout as well)

Happy Summer to everyone!
